SDET

Kforce is seeking an SDET in Tampa, FL to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools for software product quality and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with development, QA, and product teams to ensure efficient, high-quality releases. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for various testing types, building and enhancing test frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and analyzing test results to track defects and report quality metrics.

Must Have

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with software developers to identify test requirements and design test strategies.
• Build and enhance test frameworks and tools to improve automation coverage and efficiency.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection.
• Execute and analyze automated test results, track defects, and report quality metrics.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit.
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and tools such as Postman, RestAssured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and source control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter, Gatling.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit)
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and automated service testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and source control (Git)
